4cl åland distillery gin
1 cl lime juice
4-5 sea buckthorn berries
Fever Tree Tonic
lime slice
Add all ingredients to a glass filled with ice. Pour in the tonic while stirring. Decorate with a lime wedge.
4 cl åland distillery Rosé Gin
1 cl lemon juice
Schweppes Pink Tonic
lemon
dry rose petals
Add all ingredients to a glass filled with ice. Pour in the tonic while stirring. Put the lemon slice in the middle and add the straw.
More advanced version:
Crush rose petals to coarse powder (like sand). Make an edge on the top of the glass of the powder. Carefully fill the glass with ice. Fill up the glass with the rest of the ingredients.
4 cl åland distillery gin
dash of lemon juice
Booch from KombuchaFabriken (or any other Kombucha)
Apple juice
Fill a glass with ice. Pour the gin and a dash of lemon juice in the glass.
If you use Booch, fill the glass up to about 2 cm from the glass edge. Fill the rest with apple juice.
If you use kombucha from another producer: fill half of glass with the kombucha and the rest with apple juice.
Decorate with fresh apple.

2 cl lemon juice
2 cl strawberry syrup
0,5 egg white
Pour gin, lemon juice, strawberry syrup and egg whites into a shaker. Shake without ice to get a foam. Add ice to the shaker and shake well for about 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with strawberries.

0,5 egg white
Pour gin, lemon juice, syrup and egg whites into a shaker. Shake without ice to get a foam. Add ice to the shaker and shake well for about 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or rock glass. Garnish with lemon slices or spiral.
Open everyday from 2nd May to 30th September.
